Shipping & Delivery

We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world. Items may be shipped from several different international warehouses to get to you on time. Packages using our international shipping services will generally take between (2) to (6) weeks to arrives. Products with options marked as “Domestic” ship Monday -Saturday and generally take 3 to 7 business days  anywhere in the continental United States.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped Monday – Saturday, excluding holidays. Items marked as “Domestic” will ship within 2 business days from our Los Angeles warehouse, if your item is in stock. For items on pre-order this time may vary. Express shipping order arrangements can be made if you contact us.

We do not deliver to  P.O. Box addresses.

During times of high-volume orders may take up to 3 business days to ship.


Stay Hip Shop accepts returns for exchange or store credit ONLY.  Returns must be postmarked within 14 business days of the delivery receipt date. We will not accept any returns after 30 days.

All merchandise must be unworn and in new condition with all tags attached in the original packaging.
We currently do not accept returns on International orders.
Some offers are Final Sale when noted; no returns, exchanges or store credit.

Stay Hip Shop monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.

We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Return/Exchange Procedure

Please go to and send us a message to initiate a return.  You should ship your return with a carrier that will supply you with a tracking number to ensure that your package will not get lost. Packages must be returned with postage prepaid.

Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow up to 5 business days for the store credit or exchange to be processed.

For exchanges, if the requested item is not available you will be notified via email and we will issue you store credit.  It takes 3 – 5 business days to process exchanges after we have received your item.
